| Customer Reviews: Very practical May 9, 2010 A. Scarpero (Dayton, OH) My camera strap broke on a vacation trip and I visited several local stores and couldn't find a replacement until I found this one online. It's very easy to install and very strong. The twisted strap is strong and it looks like it should last longer than the original one. The price is very reasonable too.
Looks nice and seems very sturdy April 1, 2010 John Aseff (Atlanta, GA) This is a really nice strap. It looks great and feels great. Seems to be very sturdy but time will tell.
Too short March 7, 2010 D. Satre Aside from the concerns of others regarding the security of the tether and the possibility of the metal clip scratching the camera, this strap might be all right if it were longer. I'm a woman with an average to small hand but I have to wiggle it a couple of times before it slips all the way into the loop (compared with my old Canon strap, which was two inches longer and slipped on with one smooth motion). I'm going to look for a different strap.
Nice, but not very confidence-inspiring May 16, 2009 J. Brown 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
The part that attaches to the camera is particularly thin, so I'm still nervous about dropping my camera even when using it. And I'm not a fan of the metal piece in the middle. You have to be careful that it doesn't scratch your camera. But the size is good, not too big or small, and it's attractive as well. I mean, what can you expect for just $4.00? I used while taking 700 pictures on a 2-week trip to China and had no problems, so it's good overall, but if I find something better, I'll upgrade.

I replaced the wrist strap on my hp Photosmart R727, which had lasted about 5 years, with the Targus TGK. The new strap lasted about 6 weeks before the attachment loop wore out. If I could rate it zero stars, I would.
