I was looking for a sturdy, lightweight tripod and after reading many different reviews decided upon this one. I love this tripod! I use it with my Canon 30D and 300mm L lense. It is very stable and captures every ackward angle I use. The bubble level is helpful as well as the compass (which I have used to find my way back). You do have to get used to the screw adjustments on the legs, but even the most expensive tripods have this type of adjustment. I highly recommend this tripod.
